Artwork is for personal use only. There is an additional charge for commercial use.

NSFW requests are allowed, however they require additional payment.

Character designing on my part will require extra payment or will rarely be accepted. Please provide multiple / accurate references.

Tracing, recoloring, and/or altering of my artwork is prohibited.

Reselling of my artwork is prohibited.

Do not claim my artwork as your own.

You are allowed to post your commission anywhere as long as proper credit is given, please use my twitter @vkoins.

Use of my artwork in videos, thumbnails, banners, stream graphics, etc is 100% allowed with proper credit.

Your commission may be worked on during streams or promoted on my twitter (unless specified otherwise).

Failure to abide by my ToS will result in you being blacklisted from commissioning me again.

If your commission is accepted, I will contact you via twitter / email (Usually within the same day).

You have 72 hrs to confirm your request before your slot is forfeited.

Once details are confirmed I will send you a PayPal invoice.

I will not start on your commission until full payment is recieved.

You will recieve a sketch from me as soon as I'm able to start on your commission.

Upon recieving your first sketch, you are free to ask for any major revisions up to 3 times.

Process phases consist of sketching, lining, flat colors, and the final piece. I will send you progress shots in between each phase.

Small revisions may be requested after the sketch phase, however I have the right to decline if I deem the revision too excessive.

You are welcome to ask for progress shots at any given time.

Estimated turnaround may vary between 2-8 weeks. Rush option/ deadline is available with an extra charge.

Turnaround starts when I begin drawing your commission, not when I accept it.

Completed artwork will be sent through e-mail and will include the full resolution art (and an additional transparent png file if applicable).

Completed Live2D requests will include the PSD file with properly organized layers. It does not include the rigging.

Payment plans will be available for Vtuber models and can be split into 2 or 3 payments or be paid in full.

Revisions for Live2D models can be requested during the sketch phase, and up to 3 minor changes can be made during the lining phase.

If you come across an issue with my art/layers during the rigging process, feel free to contact me, I will fix it for you.

Live2D Models could have a turnaround of 1-3 months based on complexity, please keep this in mind.

After recieving a model from me, you are welcome to commission me again for additional outfits, hairstyles, expressions, etc.

You are not allowed to resell the model (without my permission) redistribute files, claim the art as your own, or make alterations to the model.

Contact me if you wish to edit your model.

Vtuber models are considered commercial use, feel free to use them for streams, videos, advertisements, etc.

Again, please do not forget to credit me for my artwork, you are welcome to tag me via my twitter @vkoins.

Full payment required upfront for all commissions (This excludes live2d commissions).

Refunds will not be accepted once I have started on your commission.

If you have not recieved the initial sketch yet, you may request a refund up to 48 hrs after the transaction.

Since you are paying for a digital product, chargebacks claiming the product hasnt shipped will not be allowed.

I will fully refund your commission if I am unable to complete it for any reason.

If you wish to sell the completed artwork as merchandise, I do require an additional fee for commercial usage.

You may ask me for this at any point before, during, or after the artwork is finished.

Commercial fee amount may vary depending on usage.

Live2D models for monetary use during streaming, and emote art for streaming are exempt from this additional fee.
